asa synthetic resin roof tile
Application

Applicable to new sloping roof construction and "flat-to-slope" renovation projects for various types of permanent buildings.

Compatible with sloping roof systems on diverse substrates including concrete, timber, and light steel structures.

Ideal for roofing requiring high weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal, such as residential homes, villas, new rural construction, and heritage-style architectures.

Suitable for roofing material in large-scale buildings like industrial plants, warehouses, agricultural markets, and carports.

Designed for harsh climatic environments (e.g., coastal areas, acid rain regions) demanding exceptional waterproofing and wind resistance

Advantages

Exceptional Weather Resistance

The surface layer is made of high-weather-resistant ASA engineering resin, offering strong UV resistance, long-lasting color stability, and a service life of 25-30 years.

Excellent Fire Resistance

Complies with the national standard GB/T 8624-2012, achieving a fire rating of B1 (flame-retardant material). Oxygen index ≥30%, ensuring effective flame retardation.

Outstanding Impact Resistance

Impact strength is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary plastic tiles. No cracks observed after a 1kg steel ball is dropped freely from a height of 1 meter. Excellent low-temperature impact resistance.

Strong Corrosion Resistance

Resistant to acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion. No chemical reaction occurs after 24 hours of immersion in salt, alkali, and various acids at concentrations ≤40%. Especially suitable for coastal and industrial areas.

Superior Waterproof Performance

Water absorption rate <0.5%. When the roof slope ≥20°, no additional waterproof layer is required. The tiles provide significant self-waterproofing effects, and the overlapping structure is highly reliable.

Features

• Thermal Insulation: Low thermal conductivity helps stabilize indoor temperature and reduce energy consumption.

• Green and Energy-Efficient: Materials are recyclable; light colors reflect sunlight to aid insulation; long service life reduces replacement waste and overall costs.

• Self-Cleaning and Low Maintenance: Dense, smooth surface resists dust adhesion and is easily cleaned by rainwater.

• Easy and Efficient Installation: Large single-piece area, lightweight, and complete auxiliary products shorten construction cycles.

• Aesthetically Pleasing Colors: Multiple color options with long-lasting vibrancy enhance architectural beauty.

Instructions

Purlin Selection and Spacing: Options include square tubes (e.g., 60×40×3mm), C-shaped steel (e.g., 100×50×20×3mm), or防腐-treated wood battens (e.g., 60×40mm). Purlin spacing is typically 660mm or 750mm (subject to tile type and design requirements).

• Main Tile Installation:

Install from eave to ridge.

Adopt reverse installation relative to local wind direction (i.e., tile overlap direction follows prevailing wind).

Horizontal overlap: typically one wave peak (~80mm); vertical overlap: one tile pitch (e.g., 219mm).

Fix overlaps at purlin locations using specialized self-tapping screws. Pre-drill holes 2mm larger than screw diameter to allow for thermal expansion.

• Ridge Tile Installation: Install ridge tiles, hip tiles, three-way tiles, and other accessories. Trim overlaps neatly and ensure proper sealing.

Information

Execution Standard:

JC/T 2054-2011 "Synthetic Resin Tiles"

T/CBMCA 018-2021 "Reinforced Synthetic Resin Tiles"

Transportation:

Flat Placement and Securing: Resin tiles should be laid flat on clean pallets larger than the panels and properly strapped to minimize vibration and sliding during transit.

Edge and Film Protection: Protect panel edges from damage and keep the double-sided protective film intact. Handle with care during loading/unloading to avoid rough operations.

Extreme Weather Avoidance: Exercise extra caution during extreme weather conditions and implement appropriate protective measures.

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation

Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: Store indoors away from direct sunlight or rain.

Stacking Requirements: Stack layer by layer following the tile’s waveform. Height should not exceed 1.5 meters, and heavy items must not be placed on top.

Environmental Conditions: The storage area must be kept clean, dry, and well-ventilated
