Application

Ideal for ridge junctions of multi-slope roofs (e.g., L-shaped, T-shaped, or cross-shaped roofs) in villas, pavilions, and heritage-style architectures.

Suitable for any roofing project requiring connections between two main ridges or between a main ridge and a hip ridge.

Designed to be used with accessories such as ridge tiles, hip ridge tiles, and end caps to form a complete and waterproof ridge system.

Outstanding Impact Resistance

Impact strength is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary plastic tiles. No cracks observed after a 1kg steel ball is dropped freely from a height of 1 meter. Excellent low-temperature impact resistance.

Strong Corrosion Resistance

Resistant to acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion. No chemical reaction occurs after 24 hours of immersion in salt, alkali, and various acids at concentrations ≤40%. Especially suitable for coastal and industrial areas.

Specifically designed for hip ridges, it tightly interlocks with main tiles and ridge tiles to form a continuous waterproof laye

Instructions

Installation Sequence: After the main tiles in the relevant area are laid, install the three-way connector first, then connect the ridge tiles (main ridge tiles and hip ridge tiles) in each direction.


Precise Positioning: Ensure the three-way connector is precisely at the intersection center point of the three roof surfaces, with each outlet direction aligned with the ridge line.


Fixing Method: At the wave peak of each direction, fix it to the purlin using specialized self-tapping screws and secure with waterproof caps.


Sealing Treatment: The overlapping areas with the main tiles and ridge tiles must be reinforced with weather-resistant sealant for secondary sealing to ensure complete reliability.


Adaptive Cutting: Depending on the actual on-site conditions, minor cuts can be made to the ridge tiles at the connection points to achieve optimal fit.

Transportation:

Individual Packaging: Due to its irregular shape, it is recommended to use separate cardboard or foam boxes to avoid compression deformation and scratches during transportation.

Handle with Care: Must be handled gently during handling to prevent breakage or cracks caused by dropping.

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation


Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent deformation.

No Heavy Loads: Stacking any heavy objects on top is strictly prohibited. Store separately or place on the top shelf of racks.
