Light& Left sealing
Application

Suitable for gable eaves of all sloping roof structures.

Covers the side cuts of roofing materials, protecting rafters and purlins from wind and rain erosion.

Works with main tiles, drip edges, and other accessories to achieve a fully sealed and aesthetically finished roofing system.

Advantages

Exceptional Weather Resistance

The surface layer is made of high-weather-resistant ASA engineering resin, offering strong UV resistance, long-lasting color stability, and a service life of 25-30 years.

Excellent Fire Resistance

Complies with the national standard GB/T 8624-2012, achieving a fire rating of B1 (flame-retardant material). Oxygen index ≥30%, ensuring effective flame retardation.

Outstanding Impact Resistance

Impact strength is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary plastic tiles. No cracks observed after a 1kg steel ball is dropped freely from a height of 1 meter. Excellent low-temperature impact resistance.

Strong Corrosion Resistance

Resistant to acids, alkalis, and chemical corrosion. No chemical reaction occurs after 24 hours of immersion in salt, alkali, and various acids at concentrations ≤40%. Especially suitable for coastal and industrial areas.

Perfect Finishing: Precisely covers the roof edges, creating a neat and smooth architectural profile that enhances overall aesthetics.

Features

Weather & Pest Resistance: Effectively prevents rainwater from seeping into the underlying roof layers while blocking birds and insects from nesting.

Structural Protection: Protects exposed wooden or steel purlin ends from sun and rain, extending the lifespan of the main structure.

Wind Resistance Enhancement: Reinforces roof edges, improving the overall wind resistance of the roofing system.

Easy Installation: Designed for practicality, typically secured to end purlins via snap-fit or screw fastening, ensuring simple and efficient construction.

Green & Energy-Efficient: Materials are recyclable; light colors reflect sunlight to enhance insulation; long service life reduces replacement waste and overall costs.

Self-Cleaning & Low Maintenance: Dense, smooth surface resists dust adhesion and is easily cleaned by rainwater.

Instructions

Installation Sequence: Typically installed before main tiles to define roof width boundaries by setting the left and right edges first.

Positioning: Mark alignment lines on the gable end purlins based on design drawings to ensure consistent height and straight lines.

Fixing Method: Secure to end purlins using specialized self-tapping screws (recommended spacing: 500-600mm). Screws should be fixed at the wave peaks.

Lap Joint Treatment: For lengthwise overlaps, ensure a minimum lap length of 100mm and apply weather-resistant sealant at the joints.

Sealing Treatment: Use sealant at junctions between main tiles and edge trims to ensure complete waterproofing.

Information

Execution Standard:

JC/T 2054-2011 "Synthetic Resin Tiles"

GB/T 8814-2017 "Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) Profiles for Doors and Windows"

Transportation:

Flat Placement: Must be placed flat on an even pallet to avoid heavy pressure and bending.

Secure Fastening: During transportation, ensure tight bundling to prevent surface scratches caused by friction.

Handle with Care: Exercise caution during handling to prevent breakage

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation

Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, avoiding direct sunlight and rain.

Proper Stacking: Stack flat with a height not exceeding 1 meter.

No Heavy Loads: Do not place any heavy objects on top to prevent deformation.
