Hidden daylighting tile
Application

Hidden transparent panels are primarily used in modern industrial plants, logistics warehouses, and commercial building roofs where high aesthetics and waterproofing are critical. Their concealed features also make them the preferred choice for skylight bands in large public buildings such as stadiums and transportation hubs.

Advantages

① Hidden Fastening Structure

Utilizes patented snap-on or specialized overlapping systems, with all fasteners completely hidden inside the panels. No visible screws on the roof surface, achieving a minimalist and clean visual effect.

② Light Transmittance

Reaches 85%-89% (1.5mm thickness, colorless panels). Varies with color and thickness. Premium products maintain long-term transmittance at 85%±2% while blocking 99% of UV rays.

③ Flame Retardancy

Complies with national standard GB/T 14206-2005. Common ratings: F1 (oxygen index ≥30%) and F2 (oxygen index ≥26%).

④ Impact Resistance

Exceptional impact strength—250-300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness.

⑤ Temperature Resistance

Stable performance within -40°C to 120°C, without high-temperature softening or low-temperature brittleness.

Features

High Light Transmittance with Soft Illumination:

Diffuses light evenly, providing gentle illumination with high transmittance retention while effectively blocking most ultraviolet rays.

Exceptional Weather Resistance:

Maintains stable performance in extreme cold and high-temperature environments, with strong anti-aging properties.

High Strength and Impact Resistance:

Excellent impact resistance, earning it the nickname "unbreakable glass" or "ringing steel."

Excellent Flame Retardancy:

Achieves national standards F1 or F2 rating (flame-retardant material), self-extinguishing when removed from fire.

Corrosion Resistance:

Resists acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals, making it suitable for corrosion-prone environments such as chemical and metallurgical industries.

Easy Installation:

Compatible with standard steel panel profiles for effortless installation. Lightweight for easy handling and construction.

Long Service Life:

High-quality products can last 15-25 years or even longer.

Instructions

Snap-Fit Fixing: Pre-fixed to purlins using specialized clips or fasteners, achieving complete screw concealment.

Precise Overlapping: Tiles are snapped and locked from top to bottom along the slope direction, ensuring a longitudinal overlap length (typically ≥300mm).

Sealing Treatment: Apply specialized waterproof tape at overlaps to achieve air and water tightness

Information

Execution Standard:

GB/T 14206-2005 "Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester Corrugated Panels"

GB/T 2573-2008 "Test Method for Aging Performance of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics"

JC/T 782-2017 "Test Method for Visible Light Transmittance of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics"

JC/T 2375-2016 "Fiberglass Reinforced Resin Hollow Daylighting Panels"

Transportation:

Flat Placement and Securing: FRP daylighting panels should be placed flat on clean pallets larger than the panel size and properly strapped to reduce vibration and sliding during transportation.

Edge and Film Protection: Protect panel edges from damage and keep the double-sided protective film intact. Handle with care during loading/unloading to avoid rough operations.

Extreme Weather Avoidance: Exercise extreme caution during severe weather conditions and take appropriate protective measures.

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation

Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: FRP daylighting panels must be stored indoors, away from direct sunlight or rain.

Stacking Requirements: Stack length should not exceed 2 meters. Do not place heavy objects on the panels or hard objects between them. Stack height should be limited to prevent deformation of the bottom panels.

Environmental Requirements: The storage room must be kept clean, dry, and free from dust ingress. Other chemicals should not be stored in the same area
