The steel edge perfectly interlocks with color steel panels, completely solving the leakage problem at joints of traditional daylighting panels.

Reaches 85%-89% (1.5mm thickness, colorless panel). Varies with color and thickness. Premium products maintain long-term transmittance at 85%±2% while blocking 99% of UV rays.


③ Flame Retardancy

Complies with national standard GB/T 14206-2005. Common ratings: F1 (oxygen index ≥30%) and F2 (oxygen index ≥26%).


④ Impact Resistance

Exceptional impact strength—250-300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness.


⑤ Temperature Resistance

Instructions

Installation Sequence: Install simultaneously with color steel panels using mechanical interlocking.

Interlocking Requirement: Ensure full engagement between the steel edge of the daylighting panel and the color steel panel.

Fixing Method: Use specialized brackets for fixation, with spacing consistent with color steel panels.

Overlap Treatment: Minimum 300mm longitudinal overlap, sealed with specialized sealant.

Precautions: Avoid stepping on the center of the panel; walk only on purlin positions.

Transportation:

Professional Packaging: Packed with PE film + cardboard + wooden pallets to prevent edge damage.

Upright Transport: Recommended to transport upright to avoid flat stacking pressure.

Weather Protection: Implement rain and moisture prevention measures during transportation.

Handle with Care: Avoid severe collisions to protect the steel edges.

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation


Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: Store in a cool, dry indoor environment away from direct sunlight.

Upright Storage: Recommended to store upright with a tilt angle not exceeding 15 degrees.

Moisture Prevention: Place moisture-proof pads on the storage ground.

Stacking Limit: Flat stacking height should not exceed 1 meter.

Environmental Requirements: Storage temperature: -30°C to 45°C; relative humidity ≤85%.
