820 type single-layer flame-retardant daylighting tile
Application

Suitable for roof daylighting bands in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, and large markets.

Ideal for agricultural greenhouses, eco-parks, flower markets, and other structures requiring extensive natural lighting.

Designed for venues with high demands for lighting and structural performance, such as stadiums, high-speed railway platforms, and public building skylights.

Applicable to renovation projects involving partial replacement of daylighting panels on new or existing industrial building roofs.

Advantages

Safety & Flame Retardancy: F1-grade flame retardancy, self-extinguishing when removed from fire, enhancing building fire safety.

Soft Light Transmission: 85%+ high light transmittance, uniform illumination without glare, energy-saving and cost-reducing.

Durability & Anti-Aging: Strong weather resistance, anti-aging, and corrosion resistance, with a service life exceeding 20 years.

Robust Impact Resistance: High strength and anti-breakage, resistant to hail impact, safe and reliable.

Hassle-Free Installation: Perfectly compatible with color steel panels, quick installation, and excellent sealing.

Features

Insulation & Non-Conductivity: Naturally insulating, suitable for various environments with high safety.

Lightweight: Effectively reduces the load on building roofs.

Temperature Resistance: Stable performance across a wide temperature range, resistant to deformation.

Instructions

Laying Direction: Proceed from the eave to the ridge during construction. The daylighting panel directly snaps onto the side peaks of the steel panel.

Pre-Drilling: Pre-drill holes before fixing; the hole diameter must be 6-9mm larger than the screw diameter to allow for thermal expansion and contraction.

Fixing Method: Use reliable flashing washers between the screws and daylighting panels, then drill into the purlins to ensure waterproofing and dust prevention.

Lap Sealing: The longitudinal overlap should be no less than 200mm, sealed with specialized waterstop tape or neutral weather-resistant sealant.

Safe Construction: Never step directly on the wave peaks. Place anti-slip wooden boards horizontally on the panels for safe footing during work

Information

Execution Standard:

GB/T 14206-2005 "Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester Corrugated Panels"

GB 8624-2012 "Flammability Classification of Building Materials and Products"

Transportation:

Professional Packaging: Packed with PE film + cardboard spacing + wooden pallet fixation to prevent scratches and damage during transit.

Flat Placement: Must be placed flat on an even pallet and properly strapped to reduce vibration and sliding during transportation.

Weather Protection: Implement rain and moisture prevention measures during transportation to keep the products dry.

Handle with Care: Exercise caution during loading/unloading to avoid rough handling and protect panel edges from damage.

It can be transported by sea, land, and air, usually through container transportation

Storage Conditions:

Indoor Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight or rain.

Proper Stacking: Stack layer by layer following the tile curvature. Stack height should not exceed 1.5 meters, with a flat padding board at the bottom.

Environmental Requirements: The storage area must be kept clean and dry, preventing dust ingress. Other chemicals should not be stored in the same area.

Protective Film Retention: Do not remove the surface protective film before installation to prevent scratches and contamination
